This policy covers app-genesis.in, the website of App Genesis. It describes exactly what the site collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little.
App Genesis is a three-person software studio based in India, run by Ashish, Sujal and Abdush. You can reach us at official@app-genesis.in. For anything in this policy, that address is the contact point.
We store what you type, plus two technical details:
This is used only to reply to you and to discuss the project you asked about. It is not used for marketing, and it is never sold or shared with third parties.
We log the file downloaded, the time, your IP address, your browser user-agent and the page you came from. This tells us which demonstration builds are being tried. It is not linked to any contact form submission.
The site is hosted on Hostinger, which processes requests and keeps standard server logs on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads — that is how the service works, and no other information is sent to them. Nothing else is embedded: no social widgets, no advertising networks, no third-party scripts.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to a past conversation, then deleted. Download logs are kept for up to 12 months. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Email official@app-genesis.in and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. We will act on the request within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on the server in a location that is not reachable from the web, and administrative pages require a secret key. No payment details are ever collected through this website.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be emailed to anyone affected.
