Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the demonstration builds on it. Client projects are governed by the written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

The site is provided for information. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, present our work as your own, or use it to mislead anyone about who built what.

The work shown

Every project shown here was built by App Genesis. Screenshots are of the real running product at the time they were captured; a client may have changed their site since. Where a project's website link is not shown, that is deliberate and not an oversight.

Demonstration Android builds

• The builds offered for download are signed with our own release certificates and are provided so you can judge the work for yourself.
• They are provided as is, without warranty. Install them at your own discretion.
• They are for evaluation. Do not redistribute them, repackage them, or publish them to any app store.
• Where an app is on Google Play, install it from there instead — you get automatic updates, and Google's terms apply to that installation.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to anything. We may decline work, and we will say so plainly rather than going quiet.

How project work is agreed

• Scope and price are fixed in a written requirements document before development begins. The agreed price is the price charged for that scope.
• An advance of 10–20% is payable before substantial development starts, scaled to the size and risk of the project. Larger projects run on milestone payments.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
• External costs — domains, hosting, third-party APIs, store fees — are the client's unless the written agreement says otherwise.
• On final payment, the client owns the delivered code outright and everything is deployed to the client's own hosting, domain and accounts.

Intellectual property

The App Genesis name, logo and the text and design of this website belong to App Genesis. Delivered client work belongs to the client once paid for, as set out above. We reserve the right to describe completed work in this portfolio unless a project agreement says otherwise.

Liability

Nothing on this website is professional advice, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it or from installing a demonstration build. Liability on a client project is limited to what that project's written agreement states.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
